Yesterday when fetching the babies from daycare they were kept on telling me how good they have been at school. They played nice with their friends and they didn't fight with each other and they must love each other, little did I know they rubbing JAM on my lips. So we got home and immediately they starting begging for cupcakes, so I said only if they will help me make it then I will make them cupcakes, and we had a deal.
Let me share my easy cupcake/muffin recipe with you all.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5ml vanilla essence
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius

Add all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt) in a mixing bowl

| Beat eggs, milk, oil and vanilla essence together in separate bowl |

| Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients |
 |
| Beat well together with Mixer |
 |
| Madison and Levi lining the muffin tray with paper cups (they promised to help) I hope this doesn't count as child labour |

| Fill cups 3/4 full with muffin batter |
 |
| A little reward for helping |
- Bake for 15 min or until skewer comes out dry when inserted.
- Place on a wire rack to cool down
* For chocolate flavor just add two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the mixture
* Turn it into Cupcakes by decorating it with icing sugar.
