Some interesting / shocking facts about Ek’sdom

In 1991 they generated 42.0GW Electricity with 27500 employees.

In 2013 they generated 38.0GW Electricity with 46900 employees. (A blind person in the dark can see the wrong trend with these figures)

Many RDP housing townships do not have to pay for electricity and also most don’t have load shedding whether the electricity is free or not.

South Africa keeps supplying Botswana, Namibia and other neighboring countries with electricity and there is never load shedding.

One day this will be a question in the School Curriculum

Question:  What did South Africa use before candles?

Answer: Electricity

I predict a huge spike in 2016 child births due to this load shedding.
